Vietnam and Cuba have issued a joint statement on strengthening the traditional solidarity, special friendship and comprehensive cooperation in the new period.

A joint statement was issued at the end of the third session of the Vietnam - Russia Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee co-chaired by NA Chairman Tran Thanh Man and Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Victorovich Volodin in Moscow on September 9.
