Despite unpredictable global and regional landscapes, the relationship between Vietnam and Laos has continued to grow steadily, underpinned by the great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation, said Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Manh Cuong.
