Vietnam and Cuba have issued a joint statement on occasion of the state visit to Vietnam from August 31 to September 2 by First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba Central Committee and President of Cuba Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, his spouse and a high-ranking delegation of the Cuban Party and State.

Cuba is committed to creating favourable conditions and offering greater incentives, while addressing difficulties and obstacles to enable Vietnamese enterprises to do business in the country.
