VOV.VN - A number of domestic airlines have implemented a new policy aimed at refunding passenger’s tickets and performing quick check-in procedures at airports as the country is dealing with a fresh wave of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Vietnamese airlines’ on-time performance (OTP) from December 19, 2020 to January 18, 2021 reached 95.4%, a year-on-year rise of 9.7 percentage points, according to the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV).
