VOV.VN - Vietnam and the United States have issued a joint statement on the framework for a reciprocal trade agreement, emphasising fairness, balance, and expanded bilateral trade and investment opportunities.

A framework agreement was recently signed in Halberstadt city, Harz district, Germany’s Saxony-Anhalt state to strengthen the partnership in training and recruiting Vietnamese labourers.
