VOV.VN - The Ha Tinh Provincial Security Investigation Agency has initiated a criminal case and detained two individuals for organising illegal exit of a number of Vietnamese job seekers to Taiwan (China).

Phuc Son Group on July 3 made an additional payment of VND768 billion (approximately US$29.3 million) to remedy damages in the criminal case involving its Chairman Nguyen Van Hau.

Vietnam has intensified its crackdown on illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing, launching 39 criminal cases across the country as part of a broader effort to enhance fisheries management and promote sustainable development.
