VOV.VN - Business confidence among European companies operating in Vietnam rose to its highest level in seven years in the fourth quarter of 2025, signalling a decisive improvement in sentiment despite ongoing global trade tensions, the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham) said.

Despite ongoing business environment uncertainties, 60% of Vietnamese enterprises remain optimistic about prospects for the coming year, with 46% indicating plans to accelerate their expansion into international markets, the Business Outlook Study 2025 conducted by Singapore-based United Overseas Bank (UOB) reported.

As many as 40.7% of the enterprises expect their business performance in the third quarter of 2024 to be better than the second quarter, according to a quarterly business trend survey recently released by the General Statistics Office (GSO).
