VOV.VN - France has awarded the Order of Academic Palms (Palmes académiques) to Professor. Dr Do Van Dai, Vice Rector of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, for his contributions to bilateral relations and cooperation in legal affairs between the two countries.
