VOV.VN - A Chinese expert has said China-Vietnam cooperation is rising to a higher level, citing outcomes from the recent state visit by Vietnam’s Party General Secretary and President To Lam to China from April 14 to 17.

Vietnam and China have signed a technical cooperation agreement on planning two standard-gauge railways Hanoi – Dong Dang and Hai Phong – Ha Long – Mong Cai, marking progress in bilateral railway connectivity.

Vietnam and China still have ample room to promote cooperation in digital economy and green transition towards the goal of sustainable development, heard the Vietnam–China Business Seminar, organised in Ho Chi Minh City on November 27, as part of the 2025 Autumn Economic Forum.
