Young golfer Anh Minh wins first championship title in US
VOV.VN - Vietnam’s top young golfer Nguyen Anh Minh has made a strong impression at the US collegiate golf tournament by winning the individual title at the Bandon Dunes Championship and also helping Oregon State take the lead in the team standings.
The Bandon Dunes Championship closed on March 10 (US time) with a convincing victory for Oregon State. It marked the team’s first title since the 2024 Redhawk Invitational and the first time Oregon State has won at Bandon since 2020.
In the individual standings, Nguyen Anh Minh delivered an impressive performance in the 54-hole tournament to finish at the top of the leaderboard. He also became the first Oregon State golfer to claim the individual title at this tournament.
