Vietnamese female referees to officiate U17 Women's Asian Cup finals
VOV.VN - The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has named a female Vietnamese referee supervisor, along with two other local female referees, as the officials for several games at the 2024 AFC U17 Women's Asian Cup finals.
The tournament will take place from May 6 to May 19 in Bali in Indonesia.
According to the schedule, Mai Hoang Trang from Ho Chi Minh City will be the referee supervisor, while Bui Thi Thu Trang from Hai Phong City and Nguyen Thi Hang Nga from Ho Chi Minh City will serve as referee and assistant referee, respectively.
After completing their tasks at the U17 Women's Asian Cup, Trang and Nga will then continue to take charge of The National Women's Football Championship – Thai Son Bac Cup 2024.
Meanwhile, Mai Hoang Trang will attend the FIFA Referee Instructor Course 2024, which will be held from May 21 to May 25 in Kuala Lumpur of Malaysia.
