Vietnam in Group A of AFF U15 football event

Vietnam are in Group A of the 2017 ASEAN Football Federation U15 girls’ football tournament, according the event’s draw.

The team will compete alongside Malaysia, Laos, Myanmar and Thailand. Meanwhile, Group B consists of Singapore, the Philippines, Cambodia and Timor Leste.

The tournament will be held in Laos in April or May next year.

It aims to develop young footballers in the region and create a chance for players to sharpen their skills for continental events.
