Vietnam into semis of regional deaf football tournament
Vietnam won a berth in the semi-finals of the first ASEAN Deaf Football Championship which is ongoing in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Vietnam trounced Myanmar 18-2 on December 6 after losing 0-4 to the hosts one day earlier.

With one win and one loss, Vietnam ensure a berth in the knock-out round. The other slot goes to leading Malaysia, who hammered Myanmar 16-0 on December 8.
In Group A, Thailand won 7-2 over Indonesia, and Laos best Cambodia 6-2.
Vietnam will play Thailand, while Malaysia meet Indonesia in the semi-final round.
