Final round of National Futsal HDBank Champs 2021 kicks off
VOV.VN - Buon Ma Thuot city in the Central Highland province of Dak Lak hosted the opening ceremony of the final round of the National Futsal HDBank Championship 2021 on April 9.
Four leading teams from the qualifying round, namely Quang Nam, Tan Hiep Hung, Cao Bang, and Hung Gia Khang, are joining the best six teams from the 2020 tournament to compete in the finals.
First-leg matches are scheduled to take place in Buon Ma Thuot city between April 9 and April 30. Ho Chi Minh City will play host to the second leg of games running from July 5 to July 26.
The winners will receive a cash prize of VND500 million, whilst the second and third-placed teams will be awarded VND200 million and VND100 million, respectively.
Best teams will go on to represent Vietnam in future regional futsal tournaments arranged by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF).
The organisers of the National Futsal HDBank Championship 2021 will also award titles such as Fair Play, best footballer, top goal scorer, and best goalkeeper at the conclusion of the tournament.
