VOV, Guangxi Radio Station partner for TV programs

VOV.VN - On March 22, a delegation of China’s Guangxi People’s Radio Broadcasting Station (GXBS) visited the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) for the signing of a cooperation agreement on producing and broadcasting TV programs with VTC Digital Television under the VOV.

The delegation headed by Ms Lu Jie, deputy head of the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of the People’s Republic of China (SAPPRFT) had a working session with VOV leaders at VOV headquarters in Hanoi.

At the reception, VOV Vice President Vu Hai highlighted the successful cooperation between the two countries and between VOV and GXBS over the past years which has included sending reporters to China to produce reportages featuring the two countries’ relations.

At the current juncture of VOV’s ambition to develop into a strong Vietnamese multimedia communication group, there are bright prospects for broader cooperation between VOV and GXBS, Hai said while hoping that both VOV and GXBS will further expand cooperation on television and online newspapers.

For her part, Ms Lu Jie her station and VOV have continuously broadened their cooperation over the past 10 years and have made impressive achievements over that time.

She noted that GXBS has dispatched their staff to VTC Digital Television to cooperate on the production of TV programs and organising major events such as Vietnam-China friendship singing contests.

On the occasion, Nguyen Kim Trung, Director of VTC Digital Television and Fan Yi, Director of GXBS signed a cooperation agreement on producing and broadcasting TV programs, with the intention of realising the contents of the cooperation agreement signed between the two nations in 2017. Both stations had signed a previous cooperation agreement in 2008.

VOV and GXBS are two traditional partners maintaining a long-term and effective cooperation process. Every year, the two sides exchange radio and music programs, as well as delegations of leaders and reporters.
