“Despite challenges ahead, we are united to move forward, making VOV a stronger media organization,” said the top VOV leader.
Rudy Hartono from Indonesia said he has been listening to VOV for more than 30 years. He described VOV broadcasts as his daily breakfast.
“I’m proud to be part of the VOV family. More than 100 members of our Borneo listeners’ club follow and sent reception reports to VOV regularly. VOV provides us with the necessary information about Vietnam’s land, people, culture, economy and social affairs. We’ll always be a companion of VOV,” said Mr. Rudy.
VOV was established on September 7, 1945, just a few days after President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
