Vietnam records four more COVID-19 deaths
VOV.VN - The Treatment Subcommittee under the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control confirmed four more fatalities on the morning of July 12 relating to COVID-19 and underlying health conditions.
The four patients were aged between 44 and 74 and came from the Mekong Delta provinces of Dong Thap and Long An.
They had all been suffering from a number of other chronic illnesses, including pleural cancer, cirrhosis, hypertension, ischemic heart disease, chronic kidney failure, iabetes (type II), and Hepatitis B.
Each of the individuals had previously tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 virus and subsequently passed away after being admitted to hospital to receive treatment.
