Huynh Ly Dong Phuong, 25, has had over 3,300 hours of flight. She is being trained as a chief pilot of Vietnam Airlines. |

Nguyen Phuong Anh, 29, is the first female pilot of Vietjet Air. |
Before becoming a pilot, Phuong Anh worked as a flight attendant for Vietnam Airlines for seven years. However, her biggest dream was to become a pilot. |
In June 2014, after two years of study in the US, Phuong Anh officially worked in the cockpit as the pilot. |
Tran Trang Nhung, 28, is now a co-pilot. |
Nhung’s husband also works in the aviation industry. |
