Returners cause congestion in Hanoi after Hung Kings break
VOV.VN -Large numbers of people have began flocking back to Hanoi after enjoying a three-day break over the Hung Kings holiday, resulting in major traffic congestion forming throughout the city.

| According to VOV sources, severe traffic jams hit many of the city’s streets. The worst hit areas include Phap Van-Cau Gie highway, Thuong Tin-Giang Phong, Thanh Tri bridge, and Thang Long bridge. |

| By 15:00 on April 15, many of the capital’s roads were flooded with people returning to the city. |

| Vehicles were only able to move at a snail's pace in the direction of Thuong Tin-Giai Phong. |
