VOV.VN - Authorities in Nha Trang city, central Vietnam, have rescued a male tourist from Moldova from drowning at a local beach.

Despite heavy rain, the Moldovan tourist went swimming near Bach Dang Park in Nha Trang City on October 16 and was nearly swept away by strong waves.
Tipped off by local people, the Waterway Police Team No. 1 under the Khanh Hoa Provincial Traffic Police Division, deployed a canoe to the scene promptly and brought the victim safely back to shore.
