Japan ambassador honoured with Friendship insignia
VOV.VN - Japan Ambassador to Vietnam Fukada Hiroshi, who is nearing the end of his tenure, has been honoured by the Vietnam government with the insignia For Peace and Friendship Among Nations.

During his tenure, Ambassador Fukada Hiroshi has actively supported activities of the VUFO and the Vietnam-Japan Friendship Association among other civil society organizations, which has contributed greatly to the ties of friendship between the two nations, said Mr Hong.
In accepting the award, the outgoing diplomat affirmed that Vietnam-Japan relations have developed well and vowed to return to Vietnam and continue to advance friendship ties between the nations in the future.
