Health Minister earns Visiting Professorship at Oxford University

VOV.VN - Vietnam Minister of Health Nguyen Thi Kim Tien has from March 10 been conferred the title of Visiting Professor of International Healthcare for a term of four years.
Britain’s Ambassador to Vietnam Giles Level ceremoniously presented the honorary decree to Minister Tien on March 10 at a ceremony held in Hanoi. This is the second-time Minister Tien has received the title.
