Five Chinese nationals found illegally entering Vietnam

VOV.VN - Police in Cao Bang province have detected five Chinese nationals during a routine patrol after they were suspected of violating Vietnam’s immigration regulations.

A working team from Tra Linh Commune Police, while on duty in Na Khoang village on February 9, spotted a Mitsubishi Xpander car showing signs of transporting individuals for illegal entry or exit.

The officers stopped the vehicle for an administrative inspection. On board the vehicle were five Chinese nationals who failed to present valid immigration documents in accordance with Vietnamese law.

The working team compiled a report and escorted the individuals and the vehicle to the headquarters of Tra Linh Commune Police for further verification and clarification.

The case has since been transferred to the Security Investigation Agency under the Cao Bang Provincial Police for handling in accordance with legal regulations.
