Man charged with organizing illegal exit for two Chinese nationals
VOV.VN - The My Quy Tay Border Guard Post in Tay Ninh province on January decided to bring criminal charges against Le Gia Bao, 18, from Phu Cuong Commune, Dong Thap Province, for organizing illegal entry and exit.
Earlier, during a routine patrol to maintain security and order in the border area, border guards detected and checked three individuals showing signs of violations. Initial verification showed that Le Gia Bao had accompanied Ban Wei Bo, 20, from Guangxi, China, and Song Shuai, 18, from Hubei, China, in an attempt to cross illegally into Cambodia.
The same day, the My Quy Tay Border Guard Post handed Ban Wei Bo and Song Shuai over to the Tay Ninh provincial police for handling under regulations, while administrative penalties were imposed and deportation procedures from Vietnam were carried out.
Chinese nationals arrested for involvement in illegal exit to Laos
