Canada awards scholarships to Vietnamese students

Canada’s Consulate General in HCM City on June 29 presented the first scholarships of the Canada-Vietnam Youth Development Scholarships to four Vietnamese students.

Those students are Bui Duc Sinh, Doan Minh Chau, Nguyen Dac Nhan Tam and Le Thuy Tuong Vi.

Each student will receive 13,000 CAD (US$9,992) per year for up to four years to cover expenses while pursuing study in universities in Canada.

The scholarship programme, sponsored by Dan-D Foods and managed by the Canada-Vietnam Alumni Association, aims to develop benefiting students into future leaders.
