The male patient, a 60-year-old resident of Da Nang city, was quarantined as soon as he landed at Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport on December 12.

He tested positive for the SRAS-CoV-2 virus on December 27 and was transferred to Hanoi-based Hospital of Tropical Diseases for medical observation and treatment.
