On the morning of March 29 (local time), the UH held a ceremony to grant the title of Doctor Honoris Causa in political science to Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong in recognition of his important contributions to Vietnam’s national construction cause and his practical and theoretical views he shared with Cuba. |
