He underscored the need for a thorough review of the personnel work from the 13th Congress to ensure that the selection process for key leadership positions adheres to Party principles and is conducted scientifically, democratically, and objectively.
The ultimate goal, he stated, is to build a Party Central Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat composed of highly capable, ethical, and united leaders who are committed to innovation and national development.
The Personnel Subcommittee largely agreed on the draft orientation, which outlines the structure and composition of key leadership bodies in line with ongoing administrative reforms.
The Party leader praised the Subcommittee’s efforts and instructed further refinements before submission to the Politburo and the upcoming 11th Plenum of the 13th Central Committee for final approval.
