Top Vietnamese leader To Lam to visit Mongolia, Ireland, France, attend Francophonie summit

VOV.VN - Vietnamese Party General Secretary and President To Lam will pay states visits to Mongolia, Ireland and France and attend the 19th Francophonie Summit in France, from September 30 to October 7.

The invitations have been extended by Mongolian President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, Irish President Michael D. Higgins and French President Emmanuel Macron, respectively.
