PM to travel to US for UN General Assembly debate, visit Brazil
VOV.VN - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will lead a Vietnamese delegation to the United States for a high-level general debate of the 78th UN General Assembly (UNGA) and several bilateral activities there, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The UN General Assembly opened its 78th session in New York on September 5, and the high-level general debate is scheduled to take place on September 19.
After the US, the PM will travel to Brazil for an official visit at the invitation of President Lula da Silva.
The PM’s working trip will be from September 16 to 26, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in an announcement made on September 14.
