New Vietnamese Ambassador presents credentials to Chinese President
VOV.VN - Vietnamese Ambassador to China Pham Thanh Binh presented his credentials to Chinese Party General Secretary and President Xi Jinping at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on July 25, marking the start of his new working term in China.

At the ceremony, Binh conveyed greetings from Party General Secretary To Lam, President Luong Cuong, and other senior leaders of the Party and State of Vietnam to General Secretary and President Xi Jinping.
The Ambassador affirmed his determination to make every effort to promote the stable, healthy, and sustainable development of the relationship between the two Parties and two countries.
Ambassador Binh was one of the 16 newly appointed Ambassadors from various countries who presented the credentials to the Chinese leader on the same day.
Following the credentials presentation, President Xi hosted a joint reception and delivered a welcome speech to the diplomats. He warmly welcomed the newly accredited Ambassadors to China and extended his best regards and well wishes to the leaders and people of their respective countries. He expressed hope that the Ambassadors' tenures would actively contribute to elevating the friendship and cooperation between China and their countries to new heights.
President Xi affirmed that China always cherishes the friendship with the peoples of countries around the world and is willing to enhance comprehensive cooperation and exchanges in various fields based on mutual respect, equality, mutual benefit, and win-win outcomes. He emphasised China's commitment to high-level openness, harnessing the advantages of its vast market to transform the country’s new developments into shared opportunities for other nations, thereby contributing to greater stability and momentum in global economic growth.
