Sheraton Saigon unveils F&B highlights in July
Several food and beverage outlets of the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers have prepared a variety of programs for this month.

On the occasion of the US Independence Day, Saigon Café restaurant on level 1 will introduce an American themed night every Friday and Saturday in July.
It features a selection of American gourmet dishes including Turkey cob salad, Kansas City pork rib, New York corn and seafood chowder, baked Cajun salmon, oysters “Bienville”, buffalo chicken wings with blue cheese dip, and the Jambalaya.
Specially, there will be lobster cooked to order on every Friday night and seared foie gras with pineapple jam served on every Saturday night in July.
US style desserts will also satisfy guests’ appetite with Mini New York style cheese cakes, rice pudding, red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, pumpkin cream brulée or coconut cream tart.
Peking duck will be a highlight at Li Bai restaurant. Each whole duck is roasted to crisp perfection by the restaurant’s chefs and sliced on the platter before guests’ eyes.
Roasted Peking duck served with pan cake and other Peking duck specialties prepared by Li Bai’s chefs. There is also a fashionable selection of drinks for diners to pair with food.
Level 23 Signature will be presenting special foie gras dishes, promising to bring diners with a new dining experience with pan-fried foie gras on polenta; and pan-fried foie gras on grape tartar.
Mojo Café on Dong Khoi Street offers America-inspired special dishes include Buffalo Chicken Wing, Texas Pulled Pork Sandwich, and California Cobb Salad.
