Australia Night at Saigon Café
Diners are invited to savor an Australian themed buffet every Friday and Saturday night in January and celebrate the Australian National Day January 26 at Saigon Café on level 1 of the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers.
There is a fresh selection of salads and prime rib of beef with yorkies, cod fish fritter, foie gras; and Australian lamb cutlets or beef tenderloin.
The appealing dessert corner includes a selection of pavlova with fresh fruit, lemon and lime tart, passion fruit Brulee, vanilla panna cotta and rhum babas with strawberries, chocolate fondue with condiments and chocolate chart.
