1,000 pupil messages sent to Truong Sa archipelago on new school year
VOV.VN - 100 photos of Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelago and a map titled “Proud of Vietnam’s sea and islands”, comprised of 33 national flags used in 33 navy posts, were exhibited at Hanoi's Phu Dien Secondary School recently.

| More than 1,200 teachers and pupils took part in a program called “Father guards the island, I stay home with my friends”, to celebrate the Mid-Autumn festival with the children of soldiers stationed at Truong Sa archipelago and DK1 platforms. 1,000 messages were written on star-shaped lanterns. The pupils also made paper masks as gifts for the soldiers' children. |
