Nestlé Vietnam honoured at 2018 Vietnam HR Awards

Nestlé Vietnam was awarded in the Leading Total Rewards and Leading Talent Management categories at the 2018 Vietnam HR Awards recently organised in Ho Chi Minh City. 

Nestlé Vietnam was honored at the Vietnam HR Awards for the second consecutive time
This is the second time Nestlé Vietnam has been honoured in these two important categories of the prestigious HR award in Vietnam.

Vietnam HR Awards is the first and only award honouring HR Strategies in Vietnam with exclusive endorsement from the government and methodology from Singapore HR Institute.

First hosted by Talentnet Corporation and Newspaper of Labour & Social Affairs in 2014, the bi-annual awards has been connecting prominent CEOs and HR directors across Vietnam and the region, introducing novel human resources practices to the business community.

To win this prestigious Vietnam HR award, enterprises must pass four rounds of judging, including the shortlist assessment and profile evaluation, presentation and employee survey, on-site visits, as well as evaluations and Awards. The judging panel consists of experts and leaders from various industries, with diverse regional exposure.

In March 2018, Nestlé Vietnam ranked second in the Vietnam Best Place To Work 2017. In September 2018, Nestlé Vietnam was named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia by leading HR Asia Magazine.

Recognized as the best workplace and the best employers, Nestlé Vietnam has created around 2,300 jobs in its six factories across Vietnam. Established in 1995, Nestlé Vietnam has been developing, expanding, and diversifying its food and nutrition products, contributing to the good health and happiness of Vietnamese customers.
