National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung has conveyed his congratulations to the new President of the Cambodian Senate Say Chhum. 

Politburo member and Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Le Thanh Hai and President of the Cambodian Senate Say Chhum have agreed to continue promoting cooperation in all fields between Vietnam and Cambodia as well as between Ho Chi Minh City and Phnom Penh.
