NA Standing Committee passes ordinance related to planning

The National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee on December 22 approved an ordinance on amendments and supplements to several articles of four ordinances related to planning.

According to a report assessing the draft ordinance by the NA Economic Committee, most committee members agreed with the proposals made by the Government on amendments and supplements to the Ordinance on Defence Industry, the Ordinance on Market Management, the Ordinance on Preferential Policies for Revolution Contributors, and the Library Ordinance. 

Chairman of the NA’s Legal Affairs Committee Nguyen Khac Dinh affirmed that his committee also agreed that the draft ordinance has met requirements for submitting to the NA Standing Committee for approval.

The NA Standing Committee then adopted the draft ordinance with a high rate of approval.
