Yen Nhi to introduce water puppetry at Miss Grand International 2025
VOV.VN - Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi, 21, the winner of Miss Grand Vietnam 2025, will present an outfit named “Thang Long Hoi” (Thang Long Festival) at the national costume sub-contest of Miss Grand International 2025, aiming to introduce the unique art of Vietnamese water puppetry to a global audience.

The announcement was made at a ceremony on September 24 to send off Yen Nhi to the Miss Grand International 2025 pageant. Inspired by Vietnam’s folk art of water puppetry, “Thang Long Hoi” won the highest prize in the national costume competition at Miss Grand Vietnam 2025.
Yen Nhi expressed her pride in representing Vietnam and pledged to do her best to achieve a strong result at the international contest.
Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi, 21, won the Miss Grand Vietnam 2025 crown after competing against 34 contestants at the grand finale in Ho Chi Minh City on September 14.
Hailing from Dak Lak province in the Central Highlands of Vietnam, Yen Nhi surpassed 34 contestants to win the Miss Grand Vietnam 2025 crown at the grand finale in Ho Chi Minh City on September 14. She also placed in the Top 5 for the Grand Heat and Fashion Beauty sub-contests, and in the Top 10 for the Grand Voice sub-contest.
She is currently a third-year student majoring in travel services management at Van Hien University in Ho Chi Minh City.
Miss Grand International 2025 will be the 13th edition of the pageant, with the final night scheduled for October 18 in Bangkok, Thailand.
