She is currently a third-year student majoring in Tourism and Travel Services Management at Van Hien University in Ho Chi Minh City. Known for her outstanding beauty, confident stage presence, and strong performance skills, she has been a fan favourite throughout the competition.

In 2024, Nhi finished in Top 15 finalists of Miss Grand Vietnam. This year she showed her maturity through each round with clinching Top 5 Grand Heat, Top 5 Fashion Beauty and Top 10 Grand Voice sub-contests.

In the grand finale’s Q&A part she impressed the judge and audiences by answering a question about the youth’s contribution to Vietnam’s rising era. Yen Nhi confidently answered in both English and Vietnamese, highlighting her plans to promote Vietnam’s culture, history, and heritage through sustainable tourism; apply digital transformation and innovation in the travel industry; become a tourism ambassador to connect Vietnam with the world.

With a strong performance on the stage, Yen Nhi's victory won hearts of the majority of the audience.

The contestants went through multiple rounds including group performance, swimsuit, evening gown, public speaking, and Q&A. The final results saw Nguyen Thi Thu Ngan from Ca Mau crowned first Runner-up, Le Thi Thu Tra from Nghe An as second Runner-up, Dinh Y Quyen from Gia Lai as third Runner-up, and La Ngoc Phuong Anh from An Giang as fourth Runner-up.

With her victory, Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi will represent Vietnam at Miss Grand International 2025, set to take place in Thailand this October.
