Vo Hoai Anh to perform at ASEAN Friendship Concert 2025 in Malaysia
VOV.VN - Vietnamese singer Vo Hoai Anh will join fellow artists from across Southeast Asia at the ASEAN Friendship Concert 2025, set to take place on in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, October 18.
The concert, themed "Melody of Unity, Rhythm of Friendship," is organised by the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU) in collaboration with the Malaysian Ministry of Communications and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It will be broadcast throughout the region in October, carrying a powerful message of friendship, peace, and solidarity from the peoples of ASEAN to the world.
The 2025 edition is a celebration of the rich cultural diversity and unity within ASEAN. It will feature performances by 10 artists representing the member countries, accompanied by Orkestra RTM — Malaysia’s oldest national orchestra.
Alongside Vo Hoai Anh, the lineup includes Aina Abdul (Malaysia), Velentina Ploy (Thailand), Imran Ajmain (Singapore), Bianca Camille Lopez Aguila (Philippines), Dila Junaidi (Brunei), Peter Holly (Indonesia), Pach Kimmouy (Cambodia), Jewel (Myanmar), and Thinlamphone (Laos).
The artists will perform in English to connect audiences across the region. The concert blends music, dance, and multimedia elements, highlighting the unique cultural expressions of each nation while embracing the spirit of unity that ASEAN stands for.
