Vietnamese male artists concert sets a world record

VOV.VN - Guinness World Records announced that concert 3 of Anh Trai Vượt Ngàn Chông Gai, a Vietnamese reality music show with the participation of male artists, has set a new world record for the largest gathering of people wearing traditional Vietnamese attire.

More than 5,000 people dressed in áo dài (long dress), áo tứ thân (four-paneled dress), and áo bà ba (loose-fitting dress) at the Guinness Path area tok part in the concert in Thu Duc City, part of Ho Chi Minh City, on March 22 evening.

Thousands of fans arrived early in the morning to line up and pass through a counting camera system to be officially recorded as part of the record-setting event. The entire process was supervised and verified by Kazuyoshi Kirimura of Japan, an international adjudicator from Guinness World Records.

Like previous shows, concert 3 of Anh Trai Vượt Ngàn Chông Gai, the Vietnamese adaptation of Call Me by Fire, originally produced by Mango TV (China), continued to captivate audiences with its unparalleled appeal, delivering a rich musical experience infused with artistic creativity and cultural depth to tens of thousands of enthusiasts.

The show impressed spectators not only by its grand scale but also by its innovative approach to every performance aspect, from orchestration and stage design to meticulously crafted costumes.

The stage was a technical marvel, featuring state-of-the-art lifts and an immersive lighting and sound system that fully enveloped the audience in the concert’s musical journey. The artists’ outfits were meticulously designed, adding a striking visual element to each act.

All these elements combined to create a spectacular music party, solidifying the TV show as the most anticipated concert of early 2025.

After three concerts, the organisers are planning another show which is expected to take spectators by surprise.
