Vietnamese cultural heritages and tourism featured at Hue exhibition

VOV.VN - An exhibition highlighting Vietnam’s tourism, cultural heritage, scenic spots, and traditional handicrafts officially opened on April 27 in Hue, the central city of Thua Thien Hue province.

The event, co-organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Hue City People’s Committee, and 29 provinces and cities nationwide, is part of the activities marking the National Tourism Year - Hue 2025.

The exhibition features over 300 photos and artifacts, showcasing the historical imprints of former imperial capitals, UNESCO-recognized tangible and intangible heritage, major landmarks, and the hidden beauty of the spiritual and cultural life of Vietnam’s diverse ethnic communities.

Bui Ky Da, Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Fine Arts Exhibition Center, stated that the exhibition aims to promote the country’s tourist destinations, heritage sites, and the cultural characteristics of local ethnic groups.

In addition, provinces and cities across the country are introducing their cultural heritage and tourism offerings to Hue residents and international visitors, providing them with deeper insights into Vietnam’s heritage and emerging tourism products.

The exhibition will run until May 2, offering a platform for localities to enhance cultural and tourism cooperation, while raising awareness about the preservation and promotion of Vietnamese cultural heritage
