VOV.VN - A photo contest on Vietnam-Japan youth joining hands to forge ties of friendship was launched on July 31 by the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) and the Vietnam Youth Federation Central Committee as part of activities to mark the 45th anniversary of diplomatic ties.
