Third baguette festival to expand up to 180 booths
VOV.VN - The third Vietnamese Bánh mì (baguette) festival is scheduled to take place from March 21 to March 24 in Ho Chi Minh City, featuring up to 180 booths and a special baguette buffet party.
Le Van Tam Park in District 1 will be the venue for the festival and will host a wide variety of activities, attracting around 150,000 visitors.
The occasion will include 180 booths set up by leading brands, an area where visitors can see the making process of Bánh mì , the opportunity to hold exchanges with artisans, and the chance to sample Bánh mì with coffee.
The organisers will arrange a special area specifically aimed at displaying photos and documents about baguettes throughout history, thereby helping visitors to explore Vietnamese food culture.
Furthermore, a baguette buffet party featuring unique various kinds of baguette from across the world is expected to bring wonderful experiences for both locals and visitors.
The highlight of the festival will be a display of 100 baguettes containing seafood ingredients. It is expected to set a record for being the largest in the country.
