The 27-year-old from Vinh Long was crowned Miss International Queen Vietnam 2025 during the national final held in Phan Thiet in May. A professional fitness trainer, Nhu was officially selected to represent Vietnam at Miss International Queen 2025, an international beauty pageant for transgender women.

As of July 13, a total of 26 contestants from countries and territories around the world had confirmed their participation in this year’s pageant.

Sash Factor recently listed Nhu among the top four contestants from Southeast Asia, alongside representatives from the Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand.

The grand finale of this year’s competition is scheduled to take place in Thailand on September 20, when reigning queen Catalina Marsano of Peru will crown her successor.

Launched in Thailand in 2004, the Miss International Queen pageant is one of the most prestigious global platforms for transgender women.

To date, Huong Giang remains the only Vietnamese contestant to have won the title, taking the crown in 2018. Most recently, Nguyen Tuong San earned the second runner-up position at the 2024 edition of the competition.
