The announcement was made at the pageant’s launch ceremony held in Ho Chi Minh City on March 26, marking the return of the competition for its seventh season after a temporary hiatus.

Organised by HKT Entertainment, the pageant aims to honour modern female entrepreneurs who demonstrate business success alongside courage, intellect, and a strong commitment to community engagement.

This year’s edition is expected to attract outstanding contestants from diverse sectors, while featuring a range of side activities such as business networking events, charitable programmes, and cultural and tourism promotion activities.

Over the years, the pageant has been hosted in several Asian countries, recognising notable winners, including Lam Hai Vi (2017), Chau Ngoc Bich (2018), and Nguyen Thi Dieu Thuy (2019). Following a hiatus, it resumed in 2022 with Ngoc Hoan taking the crown, while Nguyen Trang was most recently crowned in Bangkok, Thailand.

The 2026 edition is expected to further promote the image of Vietnamese businesswomen amid deeper international integration.

The final night of Miss Business Universe 2026 is scheduled to take place in late May with total prizes of up to VND2.5 billion.
