Masterchef Australia 2010 winner set for Vietnam visit

As scheduled, the celebrity chef will perform a cooking masterclass to introduce dishes that feature typical Australian ingredients. He will also be meeting prospective Vietnamese alumni and students of gastronomy at Hanoi de l'Opera on June 1.

On June 3, Adam is due to pay a visit to KOTO, also known as Know One, Teach One, a social enterprise which aims to end the cycle of poverty by empowering and helping young people from disadvantaged backgrounds forge a better future for themselves, their families, and their communities. 

He will organise a cooking class for 19 students where he will teach them how to cook three typical dishes, including macadamia nut and yogurt crusted salmon, creamy pepper steak spaghetti, and Anzac biscuit.
