Korean culture to be put on show at Vietnam Museum of Ethnology

VOV.VN - An event themed “Discovering Korean culture” is set to take place at the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology in Hanoi to mark International Children’s Day on June 1-2.

During the two-day occasion, visitors will have the opportunity to witness Jultagi, a form of traditional Korean tightrope-walking, a drum beating performance, the live drawing of paintings, as well as trying on the national outfits of both Vietnam and the Republic of Korea.

Children will also be able to enjoy making kites, decorating mirrors with hanji paper, and playing some traditional folk games.

The program has been sponsored by the Korean Cultural Centre in Vietnam.
