VOV.VN - Baeksang Best Actor Kang Ha-neul of the Republic of Korea will appear alongside the much-loved “Prince of Asia,” Lee Kwang-soo in Dreams of You, a joint romantic comedy project between Vietnam and the RoK, announced film producers.

According to the production team, Kang will play a prominent celebrity, joining Lee in a story that blends humour, romance, and heartfelt moments. The producers have hinted that the film will take full advantage of Lee’s signature comedic flair, promising plenty of laugh-out-loud moments.

Adding to the excitement, the film teases a possible love triangle involving the two Korean leads and a humble Vietnamese girl named Thao, portrayed by actress Hoang Ha.

Kang shared that he was very happy to be part of such a meaningful collaboration project between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea. He said he hopes audiences in both countries will love and support the film.

Directed by Kim Sung-hoon, Dreams of You began shooting in July last year and is slated for release on October 3.
