Infinite and Mamamoo+ to perform at Christmas concert in Hanoi
VOV.VN - Korean boy band Infinite and K-pop girl group Mamamoo+ are set to thrill Vietnamese audiences with their performances at the X-Mas Festival Open Air 2 event which will be held in Hanoi as part of Christmas celebrations.
The occasion is scheduled to take place at the My Dinh National Stadium on December 23 and December 24.
This comes after the participation of renowned Korean music group Highlight at the event was announced on October 23, generating considerable excitement among fans.
Having originally debuted in 2010, Infinite consist of six members, namely Sungkyu, Dongwoo, Woohyun, Sungyeol, L, and Sungjong. They have been dubbed as "dancing terminators" due to their robot-like precision, as well as "trend-dols" because of their booming popularity in 2011 since the release of Over the Top.
They are one of the most popular boy bands and are highly talented in every field such as dance, vocal, and acting.
Furthermore, K-pop girl group Mamamoo+, including Solar and Moonbyul, entered the Korean entertainment industry in 2022. Their debut single "Better" was released on August 30, 2022, followed by their first single album Act 1, Scene 1, which was released in March to commercial success, selling over 100,000 copies on the Circle Chart in its first month.
